Description

There are two chest tombs located approximately 3 meters west of the tower of the Church of St. Peter in Dunchurch. These tombs date from the late 18th century and are made of sandstone. Each tomb features a moulded plinth and top, along with square corner balusters. The tomb to the north has two fielded panels on each side, while the other tomb is dated 1779 and has one large and two small shallow fielded panels on each side. It includes an inscription to William Burke.
