Description

Coventry Canal Bridge Number 68 is a canal bridge built between 1785 and 1790, with mid-19th century coping. It was designed by engineer Thomas Sheasby and constructed from brick. The bridge features a segmental arch and has parapets with stone-coped end piers and rounded brick coping. There is a numbered plate on each side of the bridge. This structure is part of a series of bridges along the Coventry Canal.
