Description
The churchyard wall and gates located to the west and south of the Church of St. Mary are possibly from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The wall is constructed from large, roughly coursed stone blocks. There are entrances on the north and south sides; the northern entrance is ramped up to piers and features a wrought iron ramped overthrow along with a spearhead railed gate that includes dog rails. The southern gates date from the mid-19th century and are flanked by octagonal piers, with wrought iron gates that also have spearhead rails and dog rails.
