Description

House at 1 Watt Place, dating from the 18th century with alterations made in the mid-19th century. The exterior is roughcast over brickwork, topped with a tiled roof that features a moulded eaves band and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window front. It includes segmental-headed three-light casements and a central entrance that has a reeded surround, a shallow cornice, an overlight, and a six-fielded-panel door. There are extensions to the left of the main structure.
