Description
This building is a school and library located 20 meters west of the Church of St Edward, constructed around 1876 by George Gilbert Scott Junior. It is made of coursed squared and dressed stone with a tiled roof and verge parapets. The building is two stories high. The side elevations feature three 2-light mullioned windows above a string course at the first-floor level, and there is an ogee-headed boarded door with a moulded surround and label to the right end, which may be a re-used element. On the south gable, at the first-floor level, there is a 2-light labelled window with curvilinear tracery and a square-headed door to the right.
