Description

The Lodge is a mid-19th century lodge building located on Prince George Street in Cheadle. It is constructed of red brick and features a conical banded tiled roof with a central faceted brick chimney. The building is single storey and has a circular plan, with round arch casement windows. The entrance on the west side has a round arch, a fanlight, and a round arch-panel door. Early 20th century maps indicate that The Lodge served The Croft.
