Description
No. 64 St Edward Street is a house dated 1747, as noted on the rainwater head. It is constructed of brick and features a heavy slate roof. The building has three storeys and a five-window range, with an additional narrow window above the passage entry on the left side. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with an overlight, which is set beneath a pediment supported by console brackets. The windows are 12-pane sashes, each with painted stone voussoir heads. The house also has a painted stone plinth, angle quoins, and a moulded eaves cornice. There are axial and end wall stacks, and the gables on each side are coped. The interior has not been inspected.
