Description
The entrance screen, gateway, and gates located approximately 20 meters east of Fairhaven were built around 1850 by R.C. Hussey. Constructed from ashlar stone, the structure stands about 1.5 meters high and stretches 20 meters in length. It is set back from a boundary wall that is made of coursed stone. The entrance features steeply pitched coping and a central gateway flanked by panelled and corniced pillars topped with obelisks. The gates are made of timber and are designed in a similar style.
