Description
This is a coach house built around 1850 by R.C. Hussey, located on Tunstall Road in Biddulph. The structure is made of coursed stone and features a blue machine tile roof with verge parapets supported by corbelled kneelers. It has a two-storey gabled front, dominated by a large elliptically-arched boarded coach door. Above this door is a single-light window set in a chamfered reveal. There is also a stable yard wall that runs to the north, south, and west of the coach house, standing approximately 7 meters high with a pitched coping. An entrance is located to the north, and there is a garden door with steps leading down to the yard level, positioned to the right of the coach house.
