Description

Stansmore House is a house that was originally built in the early 18th century and later remodeled in the early to mid-19th century. It features ashlar stonework with herringbone tooling and has a plain tile roof with coped verges and ashlar integral end stacks. The house is oriented northwest to southeast and has two storeys. It includes a chamfered eaves band and two 2-light chamfered mullioned windows with casements on the first floor, as well as three casements on the ground floor that retain 19th-century surrounds and the stubs of former mullions. There is a door to the right that is topped with a massive lintel.
