Description

Burston House, built around 1800, is a three-storey, L-shaped building constructed of red brick. It features three sash windows on the first storey, which have shaped and moulded lintels. The ground storey windows are tripartite and also have moulded lintels with paterae. A plain stone stringcourse runs along the first floor. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood doorcase and a cornice hood porch, which includes a semi-circular headed doorway and windows on the return sides. The gable ends are stone-coped, and the roof is tiled.
