Description
Parks Barn Bridge (Number 28) is a road bridge over the Shropshire Union Canal, built around 1830 to 1833 and designed by Thomas Telford. The bridge is constructed of stone and features a stone band and copings. It has a single elliptical arch made of voussoirs and a slightly cambered profile. The bridge includes solid parapets and piers, as well as two iron rope fenders. Beneath the bridge, there is a brick-paved towpath.
