Description
Barn Bridge (No. 37) over the Shropshire Union Canal was built around 1829-1832 and is designed by Thomas Telford. The bridge is constructed from stone and features a stone band and copings. It has a single elliptical arch made of voussoirs and a slightly cambered profile. The bridge includes solid parapets and piers, and there is an oval iron number plate on the south side. Additionally, it has two iron rope fenders.
