Description
The farmhouse of Shugborough Park Farm, built around 1803-1806, was designed by architect Samuel Wyatt. It features red brick construction and stands two storeys high, with three sash windows that have flat brick arches. The central entrance is highlighted by a stone Tuscan pilaster doorcase, complete with an entablature pediment and a radial fanlight. On either side of the entrance, there are projecting gabled bays, each with one window. The building has cogged eaves and a hipped slate roof. Inside, there is an original plain staircase. The farmhouse is part of a quadrangular courtyard, with ranges of outbuildings extending at the rear.
