Description
Radford Bridge is a bridge over the River Penk, built around 1800. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features three elliptical arches, with the outer two serving as flood arches. The arches are designed with voussoirs that extend to the piers and parapet. The central arch has an elliptical shape at the key. The bridge is adorned with paired engaged Tuscan columns on round cutwaters, a frieze, a modillioned cornice, and a plain coped parapet. The abutments are swept forward and exhibit channelled rustication, along with additions of rock-faced stone.
