It is made of red brick with terracotta dressings and features a plain tile roof with various end and side stacks, showcasing the Arts and Crafts style. The building is single storey and consists of several attractively arranged blocks, with the main halls in the center and wings branching out. The windows are adorned with terracotta mullions. The central gable features a large round-arched window and decorative cresting. There are lower wings on both the left and right, leading to turret porches inscribed with "GIRLS" on the left and "BOYS" on the right. The rear of the building has similar blocks and gables.
