Description

Nos 3 to 9 on High Street in Eccleshall is a late 18th century vernacular style building that has undergone later and modern alterations. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall. Number 3 features two late 19th century canted oriel windows with single glazing bars, along with a shop front that has a dentilled cornice. The rest of the building has been significantly altered, including three modern wood casement windows that have replaced earlier sash windows, as well as three Georgian style bow shop fronts and wood doorcases. There is a covered way on the left-hand side with a sash window above it. The building has toothed eaves and a tiled roof.
