Description

No 4 High Street is an 18th-century building that was refronted in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall. The front features one sash window with single glazing bars, set within a moulded stone architrave that has a sill supported by corbel brackets. There is a canted bay window and a stone pilaster doorcase, both of which are topped by a moulded cornice. The entrance includes a six-panelled door. The building has plain eaves and a tiled roof. It is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
