Description
Aspley House Farmhouse, dated 1759, is a two-storey red brick building with an attic. It features three transomed casement windows that have plain stone keyblocks and flat brick arches. The farmhouse has rusticated quoins, a flat string-course between the storeys, and a stone tablet on the first storey inscribed with the date. The eaves are plain, and the roof is tiled. Inside, there is an original plain staircase and an ingle fireplace in the kitchen, which includes a spit mechanism attached to a beam.
