Description

This description is for a pair of altar tombs located approximately 50 yards south-west of the west tower of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels in Penkridge. These tombs date from the late 18th century and have a square plan. They feature moulded bases, panelled sides, and an oversailing cornice on top. One of the tombs retains an egg-shaped finial, while the other is adorned with fluted pilasters.
