Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on Clive Road in Pattigham. The house is constructed of red brick with dentilled eaves and a clay tile roof, featuring brick stacks. It is two storeys high with a floor band, and has four windows: three evenly spaced to the right of the centre, and one to the left. The ground floor windows are glazing bar sashes with segmented heads and brick sills, while the first-floor windows are glazing bar casements, also with segmented heads and brick sills. A simple 20th-century latticework porch shelters the door, which is situated to the right of the centre of the facade. A low outbuilding is attached to the left side of the house. A small front garden is enclosed by low dwarf walls, cast iron railings, and a gate.
