Description

The Aspley family memorial is a chest tomb from the 18th century, located approximately 7 yards north-north-east of the west tower of the Church of St. James. It has a rectangular plan and is constructed from ashlar stone. The tomb features a moulded base, reeded corner pilasters, and circular panels on its sides, with a moulded edge along the top.
