Description
The Tavernor family memorial and surrounding railings, located approximately 50 yards south of the south aisle of the Church of All Saints, is an altar tomb and railings dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The tomb is made of ashlar and features a square plan within a square railed enclosure. It has a moulded base, oval side panels, a fluted frieze, and a moulded cornice leading to a stepped cap topped with an urn finial. The cast iron railings are adorned with spear heads, and the corner railings are capped by urns.
