Description
Green Bank Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1800, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and has three storeys, featuring two gables on the front. The façade includes two casement windows with cambered heads and a tall staircase window in the center. The doorway is topped with a gabled hood and a radial fanlight. There are recessed two-storeyed wings on both the right and left sides; the wing on the right has a semi-circular headed doorway with a radial fanlight and a six-panelled door. The ends of the gables are stone-coped, and the roof is tiled. The garden elevation on the west side has three bays, with sash windows that have keyblocks and channelled lintels. It also features a wood pilaster doorcase, a radial fanlight, a pediment, and a modern door.
