Description

Number 1 Crudgington is a late 17th century to early 18th century timber frame cottage featuring white painted brick infill panels, along with 19th century brick and stone extensions. The cottage has a plain tile roof with gabled ends and is one storey high with an attic. It has a three-window range with modern casements and three gabled dormers. The entrance has a modern glazed door. To the north, there is a one-bay brick extension. The building includes 19th century brick stacks at both the end and ridge, and there is a painted sandstone wing at the rear.
