Description

A range of painted brick cottages, dating from around the 18th or 19th century, is located at 14-16 Ladywood in Ironbridge. The cottages feature a stone rubble rear wall for numbers 14 and 15. They have a tiled roof with gabled ends and a brick dentil eaves course. Number 16 is positioned at a right angle to the road, while numbers 14 and 15 form a wing at a right angle. The buildings are two storeys high and have old casement windows, some of which include leaded panes. Number 16 also features a brick stringcourse at floor level, along with brick ridge and end stacks.
