Description

The boundary stone located at North Road in Llanymynech is likely from the early to mid-19th century. It is made of limestone and has a rectangular shape with a rounded top. One side features the inscription "COUNTY / OF / SALOP," while the reverse side reads "COUNTY / OF / DENBIGH / AND / MONTGOMERY." This stone marks the border between England and Wales.
