Description

The Ironmaster Public House, formerly known as The Crown Public House, is a mid-18th century building located on the north side of High Street in Broseley. It is constructed of painted brick and stands two storeys high. The façade features six sash windows, each adorned with enriched keystones, and there is a decorative band beneath the eaves. The entrance is framed by an early 19th-century moulded wood doorcase. The building has brick eaves and is topped with old tiles. A notable feature is the excellent original wrought-iron sign bracket, which includes spiral ornamentation.
