Description

21 Willow Street is an early 19th-century small detached house, featuring a stuccoed exterior. The building has two storeys and includes two casement windows. On the first storey, there is a small moulded plaster escutcheon. The entrance is framed by a wooden pilaster doorcase, which supports a four-panelled door. The house is topped with a hipped slate roof and has a wooden modillion eaves cornice.
