Description
The screen wall and pier, dating from around 1805 to 1807, are likely designed by John Nash. This structure features a red brick wall with a sandstone ashlar plinth and coping, along with grey sandstone ashlar end piers. The wall is approximately 20 meters long and ramps up to the left. The square end pier showcases banded rustication, a moulded plinth, a frieze, a moulded cornice, and a swagged urn finial. This wall is adjacent to the entrance screen and lodges of Attingham Park.
