Description

The screen wall and pier, dating from around 1805 to 1807, are likely designed by John Nash. This structure features a red brick wall with a sandstone ashlar plinth and coping, measuring approximately 20 meters in length and ramping up to the right. The square end pier is adorned with banded rustication, a moulded plinth, frieze, moulded cornice, and a swagged urn finial. The wall connects to the entrance screen and lodge of Attingham Park.
