Description

The Bear Inn is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of Northgate in Bridgnorth. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and stands three storeys tall. The facade features two sash windows, a canted bay window on the ground floor, and an arched covered-way on the left-hand side. To the right, there is a one-storey wing with an attic, made of painted brick and adorned with two gabled dormers. The building has modern alterations on the ground floor, dentilled eaves, and a tiled roof. The Bear Inn is part of a group with Nos 21 to 25 and North Gate.
