Description

Nos 3 and 4 High Street are a pair of early 17th century timber-framed houses that have undergone modern alterations. The ground floor is finished in red brick and features four sash windows. Both houses have two timbered gables with plaster infilling and plain bargeboards. No 4 has been further altered with a set-back refronting in red brick and has a sham timber framing. Additionally, a modern casement window has been inserted below the original bressummer, and there is a modern shop front. Nos 3 to 7 High Street form a group.
