Railings and retaining wall. Probably late C18. Red brick retaining wall with grey sandstone coping supporting wrought iron railings. Approximately 100 metres long. Square section spear-head railings with moulded bases; square section standards with large spear-heads, moulded bases, and curved stanchions to rear. Railings curve over parapet of Tern Bridge (q.v.) abutment to east. Railings damaged at time of survey (January 1985).
