Description

Wolverley Bridge is a bridge built in 1824 by Thomas Stanton. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features a single segmental arch with projecting pointed voussoirs. The bridge has a flat string course, a parapet, and square corner piers. It spans Whixall Brook.
