Sundial. Probably C18. Red sandstone. Square base with two steps, tapered square shaft with chamfered corners, cubic dial block with wrought-iron gnomons and globe finial. It is probable that this sundial incorporates parts (e.g. the shaft) of a former medieval churchyard or village cross. T. Wedgwood, notes on Adderley Church (1982), p. 2.
