Description
The bee bole, located approximately 15 meters to the north-west of Preesgweene Hall, is a structure likely built around 1834, with some later repairs. It is constructed of red brick and features stone coping in a Gothic style. The design includes two tiers of three pointed arches, with stone shelves positioned above two rectangular openings at the ground level. The corners are chamfered, with piers that have blind mock gun-loops and coped gables. At the rear, there is a flat-roofed store shed that has a crenellated brick parapet. This bee bole is likely from the same period as the remodeling of Preesgweene Hall in 1834.
