Description

This building is an outbuilding located to the south of Brook House, originally serving as a privy and now functioning as a garden store. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and is constructed of coursed stone rubble. The roof is a plain-tile pyramid style and the building has a square plan with a single storey. It features a plain oak beaded door frame and a small oak-framed single-light window at the rear. The original roof has been replaced with 20th-century rafters on an oak wall plate. This outbuilding is included for its group value with Brook House.
