Description

The churchyard cross remains and steps are located approximately 15 meters south of the nave of the Church of St. Mary in Kinnerley. Likely dating from the 15th century, the structure is made of sandstone. It features an octagonal section on a square chamfered base, supported by three octagonal steps. The remains of the shaft have a brass sundial fixed to the top, which is inscribed with "R. Bottrell E. Downes/C. WARDENS,/A.D.1828."
