Description

The barns to the west of Hall Farm House are part of a medieval structure, primarily dating from the 15th century, although the core is likely older. The buildings are L-shaped in plan, constructed of stone with a tiled roof. The main section served as the hall, with what is probably the kitchen located beyond it. The solar is positioned at right angles to the hall on the upper floor, accessible via a stone staircase. Much of the original window arrangement remains intact, although some windows have been blocked. The entrance to the hall is notably wide.
