Description

16 Bye Street is an 18th-century building constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof featuring gable ends. The structure is L-shaped, with the left gable end facing the street. It has three storeys on this side, with one window that includes a three-light casement with segmental heads. To the right, there is a two-storey section with one window and a two-light casement. The ground floor features a Victorian shop front that spans the entire width, complete with a narrow fascia and cornice, pilasters, and elliptically headed window lights.
