Description
This cottage, located about 90 yards south of The Mynde, likely dates from the 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped tiled roof with brick stacks. The building has a narrow rectangular plan that runs roughly north to south, with a projecting range on the east side.
The cottage is two storeys tall. The west elevation includes four windows: a 2-light casement on the left side of the first floor, followed by three 3-light casements. On the ground floor, there are a pair of 2-light casements to the left and a pair of 4-light casements to the right. The entrance, located to the right of centre, is sheltered by a hipped open porch and features a ledged door. There are brick stacks at both ends and one at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
