Description

Old Forge Bridge is a road bridge that spans Garren Brook and dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone ashlar and features a single span. The bridge has a pronounced keystone that is slightly recessed within a square-headed surround, which has a corbelled head. The solid parapet includes a central rectangular panel that is flanked by a small pair of ogee-headed panels.
