Description
Groves End Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with a remodel in the mid-19th century. The building is rendered and has a plain tiled roof that is hipped on the return. It has an L-shaped plan and consists of two storeys and a basement. The façade features three wide and two wide, three- and four-light casement windows with segmental heads; there is also a four-light casement window with a wooden mullion located in the basement of the rear wing. The central entrance has a flush, six-panel door beneath a segmental head, which is accessed via brick steps. Additionally, there is a two-storey rear service wing.
