Outbuilding, probably a stable with loft over. C17 or early C18. Timber -frame and red brick infil; plain tiled roof. Square on plan and jingle bay. Plank door with loft door over in west end. Plain windows to north. The adjoining through-way and barn at the west are not of special interest.
