Description

Little Orchard is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with extensions added around 1982. The building features a timber frame with regular panels and tiled roofs, along with an external local type rear stack located on the left bay. It is one storey and has an attic, consisting of three bays. The windows are late 20th century casements with leaded lights, and there are two gabled dormers. Access is provided through a 20th century porch at the rear and a front 20th century pentice. Inside, the timber frame appears to be largely intact, except for a break-through into the front pentice.
