Description

Bullen is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-frame structure with brick infill, standing on a brick plinth, and has a plain tiled roof. At the rear, there is a large brick stack set on a rubble base. The cottage is two storeys high and has two 19th-century two-light casement windows. The central entrance is a plank doorway. To the right, there is a late 19th-century single-storey kennel block. Inside, the top right room showcases early 17th-century panelling with a fluted frieze on the gable wall.
