Description
This memorial, located in the churchyard of the Church of St. Edmund, was erected in 1795 in memory of Samuel and William Sanday. It is made of ashlar stone and features a plinth topped by a tall rectangular chest. On either side of the central chest, which has tablets on both the front and rear, are two smaller, similar reeded chests that are set back. The central chest is capped with pyramidal coping, while the outer chests have coping that matches the shape of the central chest.
