Description

Manor Farmhouse, originally a single house and now comprising two cottages, was built in the early 18th century for Sir Thomas Parkyns of Bunny Hall. The house is constructed of slurried red brick with a plain tile roof. A red brick gable stack is present, and the left gable has brick coping with kneelers. The building features dentil, raised brick, and dogtooth eaves, a first-floor band, and a band above the first-floor openings. It is two storeys high and consists of four bays. There are two doorways with panelled doors and overlights. To the right of the doorways is a single tripartite casement window, and to the left a single 20th-century quadripartite casement window. Above the right window is a similar tripartite casement and to the left a smaller single casement. The rear of the property has two wings, each with brick coped gables and kneelers.
