Description
The Manor House is a house dating to around 1700, with a 19th-century addition. It is constructed of red brick with plain tile roofs, and features two red brick ridge stacks. The gables have brick coping and kneelers. The house has a double-depth plan and is arranged over two storeys plus a garret, with three bays. Horizontal bands run across the first and second floors, and a band is above the garret openings. The front is gabled and road-facing. A central, 19th-century red brick and slate porch with a coped gable and kneelers is present, containing a single casement window. Flanking the porch are single, two-light casement windows. Above these are two cross casement windows, with a single central two-light casement. Each garret window is a similar, smaller two-light casement. To the left, set back, is a single-storey, two-bay extension built of red brick with a slate roof, brick coped gables, kneelers, and two similar casement windows. All windows are topped with flush wedge brick lintels.
